About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help scale our marketing engine end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and operational, loves learning new technical domains, and enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns that drive real results.
You’ll work across marketing initiatives end-to-end; from positioning and messaging through content, demand generation, product marketing, brand building, field marketing and marketing operations.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end marketing execution across campaigns, website content, email, and other demand gen initiatives
- Create and package content: messaging, copy, campaign narratives, landing pages, and basic visuals
- Execute and optimize campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, website, webinars, etc.)
- Build and run field marketing programs in close partnership with sales, translating regional goals into targeted events, campaigns, and account-based initiatives.
- Work hands-on with CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads, campaigns, and workflows
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and campaign performance
- Stay close to the market and competitors, proactively identifying shifts, gaps, and opportunities and turning them into concrete marketing actions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging and priorities
- Rapidly learn and deeply understand new domains (cybersecurity, AI, identity, etc.)
- Juggle multiple projects in parallel without dropping the ball
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of end-to-end B2B marketing experience
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or AI (or closely related technical domains)
- Strong hands-on skills with marketing and generative AI tools
- High technical and AI aptitude: comfortable working with complex products and ideas
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – a MUST
- A creative and operational mindset: copy, content packaging, basic visual work, execution
- Data-driven approach with the ability to measure and report impact
- Comfortable learning new domains quickly and adapting on the fly
- A true “can-solve-it” attitude
Advantage
- Background in identity security or AI
- working in a startup or fast-moving environment and working in small, lean teams
- Hands-on experience with growth marketing / demand generation
- Good familiarity with WordPress and Hubspot
